As the battle progressed and the Jedi attempted to destroy the shields and anti-aircraft weaponry, Vos made his true loyalties to the Jedi known and faced off against Tol Skorr, Sora Bulq, and Bok, the Morgukai host. He was joined by Jedi Master Tholme and his old apprentice Aayla Secura as the pair infiltrated the Dark Jedi's base in order for a final showdown. During the battle, Tol Skorr and Quinlan Vos could finally unleash their full fury against each other. During the fight, Skorr attempted to goad Quinlan into anger by playing on his hope to find the elusive second Sith, which Skorr maintained was a myth. Despite this instigation, Quinlan refused to give into his anger and bested Tol Skorr by plunging him into a river of magma, finally bringing an end to the Dark Jedi's villainy.
